The ProcessWe strive to exceed expectations with our work. To maintain those expectations and exceed them, it takes a proven process and dedication to that process in order to meet both our own internal expectations and quality, but most importantly to meet our customers. The three most important things we strive to do during the coarse of a project are to make sure you, the customer knows what will happen, how it will happen and when it will happen which correlate with our internal goals of presenting the right deliverable to the customer on time and on budget. |
The Process: Planning & RequirementsBefore we click the mouse or key a single line of code we will meet with you to collect your requirements for your individual project. From here we can determine based on your requirements, target audience, timeline and budget if we can accomplish your goals through one of our packaged solutions, custom development or a combination of both. Based on our findings we will then sit with you and set shared expectations of both budget and timeline. |
The Process: Design PhaseIn this phase we will present to you, based on your requirements, our creative solutions. At the beginning of this phase we will work with you on color pallets, layout and design concepts, navigational maps and functionality concepts/demonstrations. The end result will be your websites look and feel combined with an explanation of how it will work. If you choose a self-editable site design, an explanation on how easy it will be for you to make updates and additions yourself will also occur. Once again, we will establish shared expectations based off of the deliverables of this phase of how the site/project will look, how it will act and again when it will be delivered. |
The Process: ProgrammingThis is where the rubber meets the road, when we dig in and translate those look and feel and technical concepts into genuine web masterpieces. Straight forward websites with minimum custom functionality can be created fairly quickly, but in the cases of sites with intense functionality this may take sometime. We will set an expectation with you of when your programming will be completed and most likely give you a sneak peek or two along the way as we are proud to share our progress. |
The Process: Testing & ApprovalDuring this phase we will present our final product, on a non-live site, to you for your review, testing and approval. In cases where a self-editable site has been developed this will also give you the opportunity to take the site for a test drive and get familiar with how to do additions, edits and other maintenance without dealing with a live site. Once all of our shared goals from the previous steps have been satisfied we will turn the key and launch your business into cyberspace. |
The Process: SupportWe pledge to be there if you need us for technical questions, hosting and future additions as needed. In the case of our packaged solutions you can purchase a maintainance plan that will insure you will have the latest and greatest edition of our product. If purchased when we make additions or upgrades to the functionality of the base solution we will upgrade your site automatically based on that purchase. We strive to meet your expectations even after your site or project is delivered! |
